The features on this page are exclusive to Experimental Gameplay in Bedrock Edition.
These features may be properly added in a future update, but currently require enabling one or more settings in the "Drop 2 of 2026" section of the Game Settings menu.
Cinnabar is an upcoming group of reddish-hue colored blocks that will be added in Chaos Cubed[upcoming]. It consists of slab, stairs, and wall variants, and can be crafted into polished, bricks, and chiseled variants.

Like any stone-related blocks, cinnabar blocks and its variants can only be mined using a pickaxe, otherwise it drops nothing.

Natural generation[]
Only cinnabar blocks generate naturally in sulfur caves alongside sulfur blocks.
Usage[]
Its slabs, stairs, walls, polished, bricks, and chiseled variants can only be obtained by crafting and stonecutting.

Sulfur cubes[]
Sulfur cubes can only absorb full-sized cinnabar blocks (including chiseled, polished, and brick variants), either picking it up or interacting with it, giving a regular/football (later slow bouncy[JE only][upcoming: BE 26.30]) effect[until BE 26.30] when hit.
