Bedrock Edition 26.30, named Chaos Cubed, is an upcoming game drop for Bedrock Edition. It is set to release on June 16, 2026.

Blocks[]

  • Sulfur Spike
    • A new pointy and sharpy block that naturally generates in sulfur caves.
    • Like pointed dripstones:
      • Creates a stalactite when placed above the ceiling, and creates a stalagmite when placed on the ground.
      • Breaks instantly with a thrown trident.
    • Unlike pointed dripstones:
      • Does not increase fall damage when fallen on a stalagmite.
      • Does not drip liquid on a stalactite's tip when water or lava is placed on the block above where the spike is hanging from.
    • Can be used to craft sulfur blocks.

Blocks[]

  • Sulfur Block Set
    • No longer experimental and is now available during normal gameplay.
    • Sulfur blocks can now be crafted with 4 sulfur spikes.
    • Changed the blast resistance from 3 to 6.
    • Changed the effect when absorbed by sulfur cubes from regular/football to slow bouncy, like other stone-related blocks does.
  • Potent Sulfur
    • No longer experimental and is now available during normal gameplay.
    • Can now be used to create geysers.
      • To create a geyser, the potent sulfur must be placed on top of a magma block and under 1-4 water-source blocks.
      • Can also erupt when a lava is placed underneath.
  • Cinnabar Block Set
    • No longer experimental and is now available during normal gameplay.
    • Changed the blast resistance from 3 to 6.
    • Changed the effect when absorbed by sulfur cubes from regular/football to slow bouncy, like other stone-related blocks does.
  • TNT
    • Can now be absorbed by sulfur cubes, either by picking it up or interacting with it.
      • This gives an explosive effect when ignited.
  • Stones
    • Can now be absorbed by sulfur cubes, either by picking it up or interacting with it.
      • This gives a new slow bouncy effect when hit.
  • Magma Blocks
    • Can now be absorbed by sulfur cubes, either by picking it up or interacting with it.
      • This gives a new hot effect, damaging nearby players and mobs similar to walking on a regular magma block.

  • Sulfur Cube Spawn Egg
    • No longer experimental and is now available during normal gameplay.
  • Bucket of Sulfur Cube
    • No longer experimental and is now available during normal gameplay.

Mobs[]

  • Sulfur Cubes
    • No longer experimental and is now available during normal gameplay.
    • Its spawn egg can now summon its baby when used on like most adult mobs does.
    • Added 3 new effects:
      • Explosive - explodes when ignited
      • Slow Bouncy - can bounce, but very slow
      • Hot - makes players and mobs take damage when nearby, similar to walking in magma block
    • Now spawns in peaceful difficulty, like most passive mobs does.

Biomes[]

  • Sulfur Caves
    • No longer experimental and is now available during normal gameplay.
    • Sulfur spikes now naturally generate in sulfur caves, in a form of sulfur spike cluster.
    • Now generates less likely on the following biomes:

Structures[]

  • Sulfur Pools
    • No longer experimental and is now available during normal gameplay.
  • Sulfur Springs
    • No longer experimental and is now available during normal gameplay.
    • Now with a bigger size, tuff, granite, and more block variations.
    • Now only generates in flat terrains.
