Spring to Life (also referred to as Drop 1 2025[Bedrock Edition only]) is a game drop that features warm and cold variants on various mobs, new test blocks[Java Edition only], new vegetation blocks, new ambience sounds and revamping the texture of all Spawn Eggs. It is released on March 25, 2025.
Prior to its name and release date reveal on Minecraft Live - March 2025, it was referred to as "Spring Drop 2025".

Blocks[]
- Bush
- Can be obtained by using shears or any tool enchanted with Silk Touch.
- Adapts different shades of green depending on the biome.
- Cactus Flower
- Naturally generates on top of cacti.
- Can be placed on any soild block
- Firefly Bush
- Leaf Litter
- Can be obtained by smelting any leaves block.
- 4 of them can be placed in one block, similar to Pink Petals.
- Can be placed on any solid block
- Wildflowers
- Short Dry Grass
- Test Block[Java Edition only]
- Test Instance Block[Java Edition only]
Items[]
- Blue Egg
- Dropped by cold chickens overtime.
- Has a chance to spawn baby cold chicken when thrown, regardless of biome they are in.
- Brown Egg
- Dropped by warm chickens overtime.
- Has a chance to spawn baby warm chicken when thrown, regardless of biome they are in.

- Added warm and cold variants.
- The pre-existing variant before this update is now temperate.

- Added 6 new wolf audio variants.

Blocks[]
- Lodestone
- Can now be crafted with an Iron Ingot surrounded by 8 chiseled stone bricks, making it renewable.
- Can now be found in ruined portal chests.
- Leaves
- All leaf blocks now have leaf particles dropping from them, similar to the cherry and pale oak trees.
- Beacon
- Beacon beams are now bigger from further away to make them more visible
- Block of Iron
- Changed the sounds of the Block of Iron to more low-pitched metal sounds.
- Dry Bush
- Emits ambient sounds when placed on sand or Terracotta.

The newly redesigned Creeper Spawn Egg
- Spawn Eggs
- Changed the texture of all spawn eggs (except the NPC Spawn Egg).
- Each spawn egg now has their own unique visual which captures the personality and character of every mob it spawns.
- Bundles
- Can now be found in villages.
