"Mean Midget"[]
My previous edit was reverted for "speculation", so I'll post the explanation of how we know character in the image is Bruno here.
- Bruno's appearance in the painting is based on the scene where the player character, Manny, first greets him to the afterlife, which can be seen in motion here (timestamp 17:48). As you can see, same bag, same lack of clothes, same skull, same proportions.
- The description describes the character as the "mean midget", which is a quote lifted straight from the game that refers to him. It can be found on the script here, and in gameplay here (timestamp 21:31).
