Spelunker armor is an armor set that can be found within the various missions of Minecraft Dungeons. Its unique variants are the cave crawler and the sweet tooth.

Usage[]

Spelunker armor can be equipped for increased protection. When equipped, a pet bat is summoned, which follows the hero around and attacks enemies.

A bat is a non-attackable mob that can be found within the various missions of Minecraft Dungeons.

The pet bat is a flying summonable mob that follows behind heroes who equip the spelunker armor.

Rare spelunker armor with a power of 44 provides a pet bat that deals 50 damage per attack.

Bats can also be summoned by the mystery armor with the Gives you a pet bat property.

Appearance[]

Bats within Minecraft Dungeons look similar to how it appears in the original Minecraft game with the difference of having lighter brown fur and dark areas on its belly and neck. It also has a smaller mouth.

Despite being passive in-game, both types of bats are listed under enemies in the game files.

Basic attack

Pet bats attack any mob within the vicinity and are able to take significant damage before being defeated, unlike within the original Minecraft game.

Bat swarm

Bats appear in dark areas and start flying around when the hero gets close.
