Bedrock Edition 1.21.2 is a hotfix version that fixes bugs previously encountered in versions before this.

Some of these bugs include different loot tables of ominous vault from Java Edition, trial spawners not dispensing loot after completing trials in old worlds, and mobs spawned from ominous trial spawners do not drop picked up gear upon death.
