Hia! I'm moderately familiar MediaWiki software, and I'm an admin on two Wikimedia Foundation projects. I like wikis:).

As for the game on which this wiki is based, I'd been hearing about Minecraft for a while, so I decided to check it out. It's great! It's like a combination of Legos and... something else. Maybe Mordor or Demise or another one of those semi-graphical text based dungeon crawl games with a GUI bolted on. I think that the ideas developed for Minecraft have the potential to upset the current (boring) status quo in the MMOG world, if the companies that produce those games sit up and take notice.
