Firstly[]

What I want to say is that this was the first live I watched at the time of the live broadcast. And I am very happy for that.

Minecraft Legends[]

I know very little about what this game is. But the growth and advancement of Minecraft made it a logical move to try to appeal to a larger and more diverse audience. Congratulations Minecraft, even though I don't think I'll be playing it.

Next Update[]

I wanted the End Update in this Live too. But that's life. When I was most hopeful and sure, they released an update that they didn't even announce. However, I realized later that the update is not just 4 features. And I'm slowly starting to warm up to the update.

Until the name of the update is announced.

But if I still have to discuss the announced features one by one, let's get started.

New Skins[]

Although it is a feature that came in 1.19.3, this feature did not affect me much. I already have my own skin in the game. But still good for variety.

Hanging Signs[]

This feature is a very good feature from a decorative point of view. Especially when playing with my friends in SMPs, I could now set up shops more easily. Also, with the upcoming 23w12a update, I saw that the signs and these hanging signs witnessed a great improvement in 1.20 with the editing and other similar features coming to the signs. One of my favorite features in this update.

Bamboo Wood Type[]

I like this feature because it adds a new function to bamboos in the game and makes a big improvement in terms of decoration. Even though it could not go further than being a new type of wood, bamboos gained a function.

Chiseled Bookshelf[]

Did you seriously come here? Of course I loved it. This might be the best feature added in the last 5 years. This is proof that the game has entered a golden age. I would now be able to store my libraries in bookshelfs rather than in item frames. It is one of the features that I thought would never be added but I was shocked. I even screamed when this feature was announced on live.

Camels[]

I don't really like this feature. Yes, it's good for variety and can come in handy when trying crazy things like desert hardcore. But I have never used camels. I rarely even use horses. Elytra is better. Let the animals live in their nature.

Mob Vote[]

Announcement[]

This vote is the first mob vote where I take an active part in myself and try to do something, and this is the first mob vote where the things I'm trying to do are on time. But still i didn’t use vote.

When the mobs were announced, I started to think for myself. First, the Sniffer was announced. But after watching it, I didn't really care because I waited for all three to be announced. After all three were announced, I watched and tried to decide for myself.

First, I eliminated the Tuff Golem directly. Because they had no function. And I guess Mojang put it as an accessory because they couldn't find a third mob, lmao.

The reason I eliminated Rascal was because they complicate the caves. They had a huge impact on the game. And they were radically changing. So I realized that I shouldn't choose this. In addition, the Sniffer was not very effective and acted like an animal.

The Sniffer was also the mob that best suited the nature of the game. And besides, I hadn't even established the connection between antiquity and archaeology yet.

Youtuber Era[]

Shortly after the announcement of the mobs, youtubers started to release videos. But the thing that scared me the most was that Vales and Adal, one of the most famous Minecraft channels in my country, jointly supported Rascal. Fortunately, Adal later explained that he started to support the Sniffer by explaining the connection with Archaeology and antiquity in another video he release. I first made this relationship here. And my decision became even more certain.

There has not been another Vote crisis in my country. Almost all of them supported Sniffer. After the same result appeared abroad, I realized for the first time that we were faced with a vote that would be used with diplomacy instead of fighting and discussion.

Although I downloaded Twitter for this time, I learned that voting will not be done via Twitter. Even though I tried to vote on Minecraft.net afterwards, I couldn't use it due to internet problems. And thinking that nothing would happen from one vote, I started to wait for the results with sadness.

During Minecraft Live, I first thought Rascal would be eliminated. Because Youtubers supported Sniffer. And those who wanted to avenge the Copper Golem were supporting Tuff Golem. What about Rascal? Still, the Tuff Golem went first. And I was very surprised by it. But this time I was sure who would win. And it did, as I'm sure.
