Quiver is busted[]

I have spent the last 4 hours of my life trying to get Quiver running and I feel confident in saying that the program is no longer functional for windows 10 users. I explored an array of different ideas to get it to execute which you can see here: github.com/DeflatedPickle/Quiver/issues/10

I also got another friends help and we couldn't figure it out on his computer either, if there is a solution for getting this running it is far too complex for the average user to discover.

The installation instructions included in the README are completely foreign to the files found in the download.

On a forum post from last year (found here) the developer admits that his software has known incompatibilities but he fails to expand upon that.

I would recommend that a moderator tests the software themselves in order to make the decision of if it is taken off this page. At the very least, I'm going to put a disclaimer. --Merry midlight (talk) 23:05, 11 March 2019qeweqw
