A leaf litter is a block added in Spring to Life. Similar to pink petals, 4 of them can be placed in a single block.

Leaf litter can be easily broken with any tool.

A leaf litter also drop as an item if:

• The attachment block is removed or destroyed.
• Water or lava flows into it.
• a piston tries to push it or moves a block into its space.

The amount of leaf litter items dropped depends on the number placed in a single block.

Smelting[]

Leaf litter can also be obtained by smelting any leaves block.

Natural generation[]

Leaf litter naturally generate in the following biomes:

• Forest
• Dark Forest
• Wooded Badlands

Usage[]

Like Pink Petals, 4 leaf litters can be placed in a single block.

Placement[]

Leaf litter can be placed up to 4 on a solid block, particularly grass blocks and wooden logs.

Fuel[]

Leaf litter can also be used as a fuel. It burns for 5 seconds, smelting a half of an item.

A full stack (64) of leaf litter can smelt 32 items.

Composting[]

Using a bush on a composter has a 30% chance of raising a compost level by 1.

Color[]

Similar to grass, leaf litters take on a different color depending on the biome.
