Trivia[]
- While real-life honeycombs are based on a hexagonal tiling, the honeycomb block's texture is more akin to a square tiling, likely to fit with the square theme of the game.
- This makes the square tiling the second regular polyhedron to be represented in Minecraft, after the cube.
