Sorry that I archived it before I gived in answer, there you go, he said also impliying that it's separate.---Humiebee Discuss anything with me Look at my edits 21:40, 2 November 2020 (UTC)

I am confused. What are you talking about? It seems like you are talking about powder snow being separate from snowier snow. If you are, could you cite a source? Vu Bui's section in Minecraft Live isn't enough, by the way. PegasusDust (talk) 21:48, 2 November 2020 (UTC)

My undo on Block of Raw Gold[]

Sorry for reverting that constructive edit on there. The IP who made it requested it to be removed on the Admin noticeboard because they couldn't revert it, their reason being that Piglins aren't actually distracted by it. So I reverted it for them out of courtesy. James Haydon (talk) 03:36, 21 May 2021 (UTC)

Okay just found out that they meant piglins in BE, so I just removed the achievement part. James Haydon (talk) 15:43, 21 May 2021 (UTC)
You're good. I guess that them only being distracted by it in Java edition makes sense to me now, since I don't think raw gold has the achievement part either, even though it does have the advancement part. PegasusDust (talk) 03:52, 22 May 2021 (UTC)

Glow squid vs axolotls[]

Regarding this tag you added to glow squid: Don't glow squid also spawn in lush caves? If both glow squid and axolotls spawn in lush caves, then the statement does not need a tag, as it would be true both before and after 1.18. What am I missing? Amatulic (talk) 21:52, 28 September 2021 (UTC)

I think the main thing is that axolotl spawning in lush caves is exclusive to them, rather than spawning in any cave like glow squids. I'd need to check to see if axolotl spawning rules stay the same when they only spawn in lush caves, but I'm guessing that the light level rules have changed at the very least. Either way, saying that axolotls and glow squids spawn the same way would be misleading, since one spawns exclusively in a single biome and one does not. It may also be worth checking if some of the spawning rules where axolotls and glow squids spawn together stayed the same, since that might change the position of the "until." PegasusDust (talk) 23:10, 28 September 2021 (UTC)
What I meant to convey is that when circumstances create conditions that allow both to spawn, then the glow squids don't survive due to the presence of axolotls. This would be true regardless of the version, and that's why I questioned the tagging. Currently both can spawn in the same location. I haven't seen anything in the notes about experimental play or 1.18 that suggests that has changed, the only difference being the locations become restricted to lush caves.
Sadly, it looks as though the tutorial I just finished writing will shortly become outdated. Amatulic (talk) 06:44, 29 September 2021 (UTC)
