In Java Edition, type this command: /give @p item_frame[entity_data={id:"item_frame",Invisible:1b}], it will give you an item frame item which when placed down will be invisible. I think the reason why your Vibrant Visuals isn't working is because you device simply is not built for it. I unfortunately don't know how to fix this, but I found 2 sources that may help you:
