Goals[]
There are multiple reasons for why the community has decided to use social media.
- It's an extension of our tireless work of educating people about all things Minecraft related,
- provides better reach for our wiki,
- is an additional way to reach out to our editorial team with feedback on what can be changed on our wiki so we can make even better resource for everyone.

Created in January 2019, the English Minecraft Wiki X profile is used to post Minecraft and Minecraft Wiki related content. A link to the profile can be found here.
Mastodon[]
Created in July 2023, the English Minecraft Wiki Mastodon profile is used to post Minecraft and Minecraft Wiki related content. Compared to the X profile it posts more about Minecraft news, due to the lack of official Minecraft social media profiles on Mastodon. A link to the profile can be found here.
