In short: no. I change the content way too much to make documenting any specific case worth it, and no one should really be transcluding them outside of my sandbox. The best I can give you is the edit summaries. Although, I can tell you what each color is doing right now.

• Blue is currently a concept using Top icon to list the current protection level of a page, which has the main issue of adding it to the page. If it is liked, I want to replace {{protected}} with it, though I am not planning on proposing it until after the addition of indicators (which were added in MediaWiki version 1.25, we are currently using version 1.23), assuming there is not already a separate feature for that
• Gray currently contains a slightly modified version of {{history}} which was an attempt to fix a bug caused by improper usage. It was possible to fix, but I considered it not worth it, so it'ss just waiting for the next project.
• Red currently contains a test of the latest version of {{version nav}} from just before I implemented it today. Since that is finished, it's also technically available for another project of mine
