Trial Omen is an effect that starts when a player with Bad Omen enters in the trial chambers. It converts trial spawners into ominous trial spawners, which allows them to drop ominous trial keys after ominous trial events are completed.

The ominous trial spawners do not affect breezes and cave spiders; but it guarantees husks and baby zombies an iron sword that can upgrade to diamond. Zombies variants (husks and normal zombies) and skeletons (strays, skeletons and boggeds) may spawn wearing chainmail, iron and diamond armor that has Bolt or Flow armor trimss with copper material. They can sometimes be enchanted. Skeletons' bows can also sometimes be enchanted as well.
